This style of mummy-case, made of cartonnage, was in widespread use from the 22nd to the 25th Dynasties (c. 945-664 BC). The current sarcophagus belongs towards the end of that time-span, as indicated by the rectangular plinth beneath the feet and the depiction of the lady's ears (on earlier examples, they were covered by the wig). The name Tadiashaikhet is a fairly rare one in the eighth century BC.
