This station was situated on a cliff overlooking the magnificent seascape of Edo Bay. One side of the highway was lined with two- storied teahouses, which commanded beautiful views of the bay. A group of travelers is seen climbing up the steep street and, on a humorous note, two men are being accosted by women trying to drag them into the teahouses. As with the earlier prints showing the bay, several boats and a ship are seen at anchor below to the left.

As with the first station, Shinagawa, the land here has since been reclaimed from the bay and now forms a part of Yokohama City.
