This stele fragment includes heiroglyphs which can be translated as a funerary offering as follows:

A royal Offering Formula [to] deities that they may give for the Ka of priestly title of Isis the Great, Mother of the God, Harnedjyotef, son of ... invocation offerings of bread and beer, oxen and fowl, wine and milk, incense and oil, alabaster vessels and clothing, every good, pure [sweet and pleasant] thing that heaven gives, that the earth produces and that the inundation [brings] from his cavern, on which a god lives ... that [his] living Ba come forth that [he] may see the Sun Disk."
